Before taking any action, Tesla Audio Lab will perform a
quote and notify you. The cost of the estimate is €35 and will not be applied if the repair is accepted.
The estimate, even if very accurate, is a rough cost that may vary during the work: in this case, the work will stop waiting for the customer's response. If you refuse, you will deliver the state-of-the-art machine and risk an indemnity of €70.
The payment of the assistance service is to be made upon delivery ex warehouse, any shipping cost is charged to the customer.
In case of non-payment we will act according to the law.
